All Faith Counseling Center provides affordable counseling for individuals, couples, and families. Some services offered include: counseling, mental health therapy, coaching/consultation, and anger management services. Several payment options are available including third party payment and a sliding scale fee.

The VAMC provides an array of health care services to veterans in eastern Kansas. Some of its programs include rehabilitative services (physical, occupational, and speech-language therapies). This includes specialized services to veterans in need of rehabilitation following traumatic brain injury. An interdisciplinary team works with homebound patients. The VAMC also has a comprehensive mental health program targeting issues that impact an individual's emotional well-being.

Meadowbrook Rehabilitation Hospital provides inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, as well as skilled nursing and long-term care. The inpatient TBI Program provides intensive therapy encompassing occupational, physical, and speech-language therapy. The program also includes life skills training (community integration), neuropsychology, an activities program, and a drug and alcohol class. The TBI program is available to individuals age 16-64. Meadowbrook also provides services through the TBI waiver.

This agency serves a three county area including Atchison, Brown, and Jackson. The county health department offers basic health services that may be of importance to survivors of TBI and their families and provides a resource for general health information. Home health services include skilled nursing, home health aides to address specific needs, and in-home therapy services addressing physical, occupational, and communication/swallowing needs.

The Guidance Center is a non-profit community mental health center serving citizens of Atchison, Jefferson, and Leavenworth counties. It provides outpatient services to children or adults and their families. This agency may be a resource for survivors of TBI and their families who are in need of counseling due to depression and/or anxiety.

Valley Hope is a treatment center for individuals with chemical dependency. The center offers residential and partial treatment including detox. Individual, group, and family counseling sessions are available.
